Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (ideally with at least 2.5 years of experience) to join a close-knit team of OTs who are based in Geelong. This role supports primarily an adult caseload (16 years) with complex neurological and physical disabilities in both clinic and community-based settings. What’s on Offer Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (dependent on experience) Employment: Both full-time or part-time available Work Setting: Mix of clinic & community with options to WFH Caseload: Adults (16), with the option to tailor toward neurological, physical disability, cognitive, ASD or intellectual disability streams Travel: Geelong region only, fuel card & travel reimbursement provided Supervision: Strong support from 3 Lead Therapists ongoing clinical mentoring Professional Development: Monthly internal PD regular external PD (individually tailored) Flexibility: Run your own calendar, hybrid option for report writing, flexible workday Culture: Exceptional team culture, high retention, supportive and open Admin Support: Dedicated admin to handle daily tasks and schedules Social: Regular social days and team connection events Responsibilities Deliver high-quality OT services to adults with neurological and physical disabilities Complete functional assessments, equipment prescriptions, complex care recommendations, and reports Provide community-based therapy across the Geelong region Collaborate with Lead Therapists, participate in monthly PD sessions, and contribute to a learning-focused culture Work autonomously while maintaining strong team connection Maintain excellent communication with clients, families, and other stakeholders Manage your own calendar with flexibility and accountability Requirements Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration Minimum 3–5 years post-graduate experience (paediatrics preferred) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Passion for mentoring and team collaboration Driver’s licence and vehicle for community visits Interested in this position?
